Redbull gives you wings, and it also gives you motivation. As an avid consumer of
Redbull, I felt like I should review it. There are many pros and cons to Red Bull, but I will outline
them in this article. I drink Redbull at least once a week, sometimes more. It is a beverage
marketed toward college students, which I am. I have a high caffeine tolerance, and I need
motivation daily. I personally drink Redbull three times a week.I find that it is the perfect product
for me, a college student who needs energy and motivation.
Redbull is an energy drink. It provides you with energy and motivation through the high
amount of Vitamin B12 in the drink, which is 200% of the recommended daily amount. It
features many different flavors, some of the most popular being the coconut berry and tropical
flavors. There are also sugar-free and zero sugar options available if you would like. I personally
like the ones with flavors, but the original is pretty hard to beat. I drink it with ice and coffee
flavorings, such as vanilla and strawberry.
Redbull is a quintessential airport drink as well, as it is marketed toward travelers on
long journeys as well. I enjoy a vodka Redbull in the airport as my in the air treat. It is the perfect
amount of alcohol and mixer, and it gives you enough energy to stay awake on the plane. I
drank them when I moved to- and back from- Indiana to Idaho.
As great as Redbull is, there are pros and cons. The pros: energy increase, ability to
concentrate, and it will make you stay awake. The cons: heart palpitations (if you are sensitive
to caffeine), high caffeine amount, and the price. I have never experienced these cons, as I
have a high tolerance to caffeine. That being said, I only drink it a few times a week. I enjoy
Redbull as a small study treat, since it helps me concentrate.
The price is inexpensive, but the small costs can add up quickly. It is only around $2.99
for a can of Redbull, but one a day over the course of a week is going to be $21 not including
tax. It is not a large amount in the grand scheme of things, but the costs can add up quickly. If
you get the Redbull from a coffee shop, then it will be anywhere from $3-9 USD.
If you are sensitive to caffeine and still want a canned beverage, I suggest Yerba Mate.
It is a healthy caffeinated alternative to Redbull, and it has been around for thousands of years.
It tastes just as good as Redbull. It is a green tea drink, which had naturally occurring caffeine,
and they also put flavors in it. I have had Yerba a few times- the peach is my favorite, but the
raspberry is also good to drink as well.
If you have caffeine sensitivity or do not like energy drinks, I would recommend Yerba
Mate as a canned caffeinated beverage. If you need motivation and energy and are not sensitive to caffeine, I recommend Redbull. It is marketed toward college students, or people who need large amounts of energy and motivation. It will give you wings, and it will give you motivation as well.
